Kathleen Hogan, FNP-C

Kathleen Hogan, FNP-C received her Nurse Practitioner degree at Brigham Young University. Kathy received her undergraduate degree in Gerontology and Nursing from Weber State College. Kathy is a very kind and compassionate person.  Her bedside manner and medical knowledge are just a few of the many things that make her an invaluable asset to Health Clinics of Utah.  Kathy believes that she has the greatest job in the world, she loves working with her patients to improve and monitor their health.

Olivier Mulyangote, PA-C

Olivier Mulyangote, PA-C has worked at Health Clinics of Utah in various capacities through the years and is now serving patients as a Physician's Assistant.  Olivier graduated from the University of Utah and is highly intelligent and well thought of by his patients and peers. His favorite thing to do is to help his patients and he has an infectious laugh!  In his spare time, Olivier enjoys watching and playing basketball.  His favorite team is the Miami Heat.

Ronald Duerksen, MD

Ronald Duerksen, MD practices as a Neurologist in Provo, UT..  He graduated from Loma Linda University School Of Medicine in Loma Linda California.  He is a member of the American Academy of Electrodiagnostic Medicine.  Dr Duerksen volunteers at Health Clinics of Utah doing EMG's for our patients.  He is a very kind man and has a wonderful sense of humor.  One of his hobbies is growing orchids. 

David N. Sundwall, MD

David N. Sundwall, MDis a Professor of Public Health at the University of Utah - School of Medicine, Division of Public Health, where he has been a faculty member since 1978.  He served as Executive Director of the Utah Department of Health and Commissioner of Health for the State of Utah, from 2005 through 2010.  He currently serves on numerous government and community boards and advisory groups in his home state, including as the Utah State Coordinator for Health Information Technology [HIT], and is Chair of the State Controlled Substance Advisory Committee.  He also serves as Vice Chair of the federal Medicaid and CHIP Payment and Access Commission [MACPAC] in Washington D.C.

He received his medical degree from the University of Utah - School of Medicine, and completed residency in the Harvard Family Medicine Program. He is a licensed physician, board certified in Internal Medicine and Family Practice, and volunteers at Health Clinics of Utah one day each week.

Marc E. Babitz, MD

Marc E. Babitz, MD, is the Division Director for the Utah Department of Health and Medical Director for Health Clinics of Utah.  He works two days a month at the Health Clinics of Utah Salt Lake clinic seeing patients.
